Who is responsible for auction storage?

EasyHaul works with many auctions but is a separate entity from the auction lots.

We reimburse storage fees incurred after your missed pick-up window, through the day the vehicle is picked up from the auction or your shipping order is cancelled. We cover up to $20 dollars a day, all we need is a copy of your receipt with storage dates.

How much do you reimburse?

We reimburse up to $20 per day starting after your missed pick-up window through the day the vehicle is picked up from the auction or your shipping order is cancelled. If storage fees are less than $20 per day, we reimburse the amount you were charged.

What do I need to show you for my refund?

We require a copy of your auction storage receipt. Please send a copy to info@easyhaul.com with your shipping order number and/or vehicle’s VIN in the subject line.

How will you send me my refund?

We issue refunds via the method with which you paid. Domestic wire transfers will be refunded by check, if you are an international customer please email info@easyhaul.com.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds by credit or debit card will be issued within 3-5 business days (depending on financial institution) and wire transfers typically take 10 business days.
